Information about using our services and this website.
Terms and conditions
These terms govern access to, ordering and use of the services offered by TuServer. Accessing the website gives you user status, and ordering a service constitutes express acceptance of these terms.

Ordering and provision of services
- Services are paid in advance at the prices published when ordering.
- Additional resources, upgrades and renewals are also invoiced in advance.
- TuServer may update prices, features or terms, notifying the customer before these affect their next billing period.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension and subsequent deletion of the service and its data.
Permitted use and restrictions
The customer agrees to use services lawfully, respecting third-party rights and avoiding activities that harm the network, systems or other users.
- Hosting or distributing illegal content, malware, phishing, copyright-infringing material or content promoting criminal activity is prohibited.
- Attempting to access third-party systems, accounts or networks without authorization is not permitted.
- Services must not be used for spam, fraud, denial-of-service attacks or activities that degrade the infrastructure.
Availability, security and backups
TuServer takes reasonable measures to maintain service availability and security, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service in the event of failures, maintenance, Internet incidents or circumstances beyond its control. Customers are responsible for maintaining up-to-date external backups of their information.
Cancellation and termination
Cancellation must be requested from the client area. It can take effect immediately, with deletion of the service, or at the end of the contracted period. Used or activated digital products are subject to the refund terms stated during ordering.
Intellectual property
The website’s text, designs, trademarks, software and other elements are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Access does not grant rights to exploit, redistribute or modify them.
Privacy policy
TuServer processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable laws. Forms provide information about the data requested and the purposes of its processing.
Purposes of processing
- Managing the contractual relationship and providing services.
- Responding to enquiries, incidents and support requests.
- Issuing invoices and meeting legal and tax obligations.
- Sending marketing communications when consent has been given.
- Improving the website’s security, quality and user experience.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in protecting and improving services, and consent where applicable. Data is retained for as long as necessary for each purpose and for the periods required by law.
Recipients and transfers
Data is not shared with third parties unless legally required or where technology, payment, hosting or support providers are needed. Such providers act on TuServer’s instructions and with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing soporte@tuserver.es. The request must allow the applicant’s identity to be verified.
Traffic policy
Services advertised with unlimited traffic are subject to fair use. This allows normal and intensive use while preventing abnormal consumption that could affect network stability or other customers.

When limits are exceeded, TuServer may temporarily reduce speed, propose an upgrade or invoice additional traffic after reviewing consumption. These measures protect service quality for all users.
