What you need to know to choose, get started and manage your hosting.
A few useful answers
Before you get started.
Choosing infrastructure should be straightforward. Let’s start with the essentials.
Web hosting, WordPress or VPS?
Web hosting combines space, email and databases for your website. WordPress plans focus on that content management system. A VPS gives you root access to install and manage your own system and applications.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. You can keep your domain with your provider and point its DNS records to your hosting service. Check your service’s connection details and contact support if you need help.
Can you help me move my website?
Tell us which platform you use, how much space your website needs and whether email needs to move too. We’ll review compatibility, the steps involved and migration terms before starting.
How do I contact support?
For an existing service, contact us on Discord and identify your service. For questions before ordering, email soporte@tuserver.es or use the details on our contact page.
Which backups do I need?
Check the backup frequency and retention included in your plan. Keep up-to-date external backups alongside any backups provided by the service. On a VPS, you need to prepare your own backup and recovery strategy.
Are there traffic limits?
Yes. The published fair use policy applies: 10 TB per month for VPS and 2 TB for web hosting. Read the traffic policy for details of any limits and excess charges.
How do I order or cancel a service?
Each plan’s button takes you to Discord to discuss the service and how to order. Confirm the total and terms before paying. To cancel, follow the procedure in the service terms.
